Participants who successfully complete Servant Leadership, Men & Women Leading Together and Culture, Ethnicity & Diversity including associated assignments, can choose to be put forward for a certificate from Fuller Seminary University.

Coaching & Mentoring

DAI provide 1-1 Coaching and Mentoring to participants on leadership programmes,  and to local church and community organisations. 

Coaching Skills for Leaders

This training will help leaders become more effective in asking powerful questions, listen well and seek to better understand those they lead, in order to discover and achieve desired outcomes and move forward.

 

I felt that the learning environment created was very conducive to empowering people to learn unlearn and relearn so would encourage more of this type of workshops by the organisation.

Mentoring is an essential skill to intentionally invest in others.  This training explores the fundamental principles of mentoring including biblical foundations, qualities, and skills of an effective mentor

The facilitation is in English but we always check understanding and can help if people are struggling. Many people on our team can speak other languages so we can help where needed.

Yes – our vision is to enhance the integrity and effectiveness of Christian leaders in the UK so that the Church fulfils its role in extending God’s Kingdom. We use biblical stories to see how Jesus led to inform how we want to lead.

Anyone can apply for any of our courses or workshops, who has a heart to develop their relationship with God and their skills as a leader. It does not matter about their academic background.

We try to keep it affordable so that everyone can access. Our prices are on the flyer for each course. We encourage those who’ve benefited from our training, to also give a voluntary donation.
