DAI UK offers a number of workshops for individuals, groups and partner organisations.
Culture, Ethnicity & Diversity
This looks at our Biblical Identity and the relationship restoration that is possible between individuals and peoples from different cultures and backgrounds because of the redemptive work of Jesus. The interactive sessions promote personal reflection as well as facilitating discussion and debate.
The course can be conducted as a one day face-to-face workshop or as a series of 5 interactive online sessions each of an hour and a half.
Servant Leadership
This course explores the key characteristics of the heart of a servant leader, identifying the values and behaviours Jesus lived by. It also introduces the skills that are needed to develop a vision and lead a team to fulfil an agreed mission in keeping with stated values. It includes identifying leadership styles, conflict resolution and strategic thinking.
The full course was originally facilitated through a 5 day residential programme but is now available as 3 separate face-to-face day long workshop or 15 interactive online sessions each of one and a half hours. Bespoke courses can be developed for groups where only some of the topics are covered.

DAI International Opportunities
DAI Institute Online Training
The DAI Institute currently offers 8 online courses with associated workbooks that participants can complete at their own pace. Each course is free of charge but if the participant successfully completes the final exam and would like a copy of the relevant certificate there is a nominal cost of $9.95USD.
International Training (including MA in Organisational Leadership)
DAI facilitates training in over 80 different nations including a wide range of workshops, courses and the Master of Arts in Organisational Leadership. Each national or regional centre offers a unique mix of courses based on local need and at a relevant cost for the local population.
